Custom Packing

Plastic Tube:  Miniature and Instrument bearings are normally packaged 10 bearings or more in clear plastic tubes, put into box and then place in individual cartons.

• Roll Pack:  The medium-sized types are normally packaged 6-10 bearings in anti-rust paper rolls, then place in individual cartons

• Individual Box:  Each bearing is placed in an individual plastic bag or plastic-faced brown paper and then placed in individual boxes. Each box can be labeled with information per customer's request.

• Bulk Pack:  Each bearing is hermetically sealed in a plastic bag, placed neatly in a individual carton with plastic bag in it.

Although the production process and quality control are the most important element to ensure the high quality of our products, we also pay much attention to the quality inspection, no matter in the process of production or to the finished products. Our bearing test center can do complete dimension inspection independently, to provide complete test data for product audit, process audit, new product and process design.

SHBLC has the equipment and experience to provide expert quality inspection and product verification services on the bearings we provide and on third party bearings. Through the use of video microscope, dimensional including roundness, radius, & roughness (Ra), hardness, torque, and noise/vibration.
